A Free Roam VR Arcade allows players to move freely within a large play area without being tethered to a computer. Using wireless VR headsets, players can fully immerse themselves in interactive experiences and multiplayer games.
We provide everything you need! Our Free Roam experiences use the Pico 4 Enterprise headsets, along with motion controllers and a dedicated play space.
No experience is necessary! Our staff will guide you through the setup and teach you the basics before you begin.
Booking & Pricing
You can book a session online through our website, call us, or visit in person to check availability.
Pricing varies based on session length and group size. Visit our pricing page for details on individual and group rates.
Yes! We offer group packages for birthdays, corporate events, and private parties. Contact us for more details.
You have up to two days before a booking date to cancel or reschedule your booking. If you have any issues with your booking leading up to your session, please contact your venue.
We do issue refunds for cancellations at the discretion of Multiverse Games.
Yes, we do! Just contact via any of our listed method and provide the relevant details.
- Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed at the venue location it has been purchased.
- Gift Voucher validity is set by the venue location that sells them, confirmed via email after purchase and cannot be extended beyond that date.
- Gift Vouchers are to be treated as cash and cannot be refunded and/or replaced if lost, stolen, previously printed and used or damaged.
- Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, sold or used to purchase Gift Vouchers.
- Gift Vouchers are released to the purchaser or recipient via email but they can be printed, reprinted or emailed as required.
- Gift Voucher codes are unique, can be used repeatedly and transferred to another customer for use until the value has been redeemed.
- Any outstanding balance will be retained on the same Gift Voucher code which can be used until the value has been redeemed.
Gameplay
We offer a variety of Free Roam VR experiences, including action-packed shooters, escape room challenges, and cooperative adventures. Check out our game catalog on the website.
Most experiences are recommended for players aged 6 and up. Some games may have specific age restrictions—check our game details before booking.
A maximum of 8 players*. Our experience does not support any additional players. For larger groups, you will need to book back-to-back sessions or make a group booking.

Our headsets and controllers are cleaned and sanitized after every player session during the time allocated for this.
Yes! Our play areas are designed for safe movement, and we have staff on-site to assist at all times. We also recommend wearing comfortable shoes and avoiding excessive movements that could cause imbalance.
Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes. Avoid long, loose clothing or accessories that could interfere with movement.
Yes! Our headsets accommodate most glasses. However, for the best experience, we recommend using contact lenses if possible.
